Worship

Christian worship involves praising God in music and speech, readings from the Bible, prayers of various sorts, teaching by means of a sermon or homily and various sacramental practices (called “ordinances” by some Protestant Christians) such as the Eucharist.

Style

There are many different styles of worship even within the same denomination. Some will be simple and others will be complex with a choir singing different music. Again some churches encourage congregational participation, others prefer to be led by their minister.
